“We purchased an Eagle Luxe storage unit through THG. The whole process went very smoothly and Christian resolved any concerns or questions that we had in a very timely fashion. He was very patient with us during the whole transaction and made sure that we purchased a unit the met our needs. We would highly recommend them and Eagle Lux for any real estate needs.”

“Chris is a wonderful realtor. We needed to buy a home on short notice, and he made himself available to show us many homes and offered a lot of good advice for first-time buyers. He and his team took care of everything and made the process as seamless and stress-free as possible. Thank you Chris & THG!”

“I recently relocated to Boise and found THG through Instagram. I found Elliot’s videos to be incredibly informative and helpful so I reached out in regards to buying a property. I worked with Christian since we both have prior military background. We started working together a couple months before my move and he was very informative from the start. As a first time homebuyer, he answered any and all of my questions. He was very responsive and informative. If you’re relocating to the Boise area and are hesitant to find a team you can trust, I couldn’t recommend THG more to you. They have connections for everything and never once did I feel taken advantage of as a first time homebuyer. The process was done during the busy holiday time but it never felt like an excuse to not keep things moving along. Highly recommend all around!”

“I found Elliot’s page on Instagram when looking at Boise area. I’m so glad I decided to contact THG. Once we moved to town we met Christian at the THG office and knew it would be a great fit. He was very helpful, responsive and helped us find our dream home. Their team including preferred brokerage and the title company we worked with were all so wonderful, helpful and fast! Once we found our home we closed in 3 weeks and got to spend Christmas in our new home! Thank you Christian, Elliot and the extended teams, it was so wonderful to work with you all and I would absolutely recommend your team to anyone looking to buy a home in the Treasure Valley!”

“Update: I am shocked after seeing the properties this weekend that an Open House was held. First, the open house was held before the agreed upon listing date of Dec.22. We were surprised to receive AN EMAIL about the open house (no phone call, my husband had no idea). Secondly, the properties needed to be cleaned to present well and the one with the open house was presented in a EMBARRASSING manner. SHAMEFUL! And potentially damaging as you only have one chance at a first impression! Take the feedback as you will, I truly gave an update because it was SHOCKING to me an open house was held. Christian was a signed representative of my property who conducted a showing of the properties in a manner that was clearly beyond un-professional. I hope this feedback is truly helpful as I do really enjoy the Instagram channel. God bless! —————————————————————————— From the beginning of working with me and my Husband, Christian Koenig NEVER even Gave me a professional phone call. He didn’t call prior to emailing me requesting my signatures, he didn’t call after. Something I have never experienced with any other realtor I’ve ever worked with. I have gone from being a First time home buyer with my small family to a multi family home buyer who loves real estate. As I handle nearly all of the legal documentation for our Household and our company, it was from the get go it was a demeaning experience. When I asked to reduce the multi family term from the standard 6 months to 3 months he told me hard NO over text (why call me?). My HUSBAND then had to ask for a “middle ground” of 4 months which Christian AGREED to. I LOVE having to ask my husband to negotiate with another business professional on my behalf, really is the best. Treating every client (key word: client) with respect whether they have a 500k single family or around a million in multiple listings is business ethics. You had the option of not taking the properties but CHOSE to. I get it in the age of flashy instagram, realtors are celebrities and obviously deserve to be recognized as such. While I’ll be cleaning the properties myself, as Christian couldn’t even get that simple task hired out, I will humbly remember my beginnings as a young woman and be taking my listings to a realtor willing to pick up the phone and you know call me.”

“Found THG on Instagram (as I am not from Boise) and asked if they would be interested in listing TWO investment properties in Nampa, Idaho. A duplex and a 4/2, combine value of 1M. As an REI investor with nearly double digit transactions in the last 24 months, I have never been less impressed with the overall service and experience from a real estate “profesional” — specifically Christian Koenig. i did not reach out to work with Christian, I was assigned to him. Our initial Web meeting took place on October 27 and my target listing date was December 22. From the initial encounter, Christian drug his feet and his POOR communication led to a BAD experience that only got WORSE. Both properties had a small list of items that needed to be repaired — I live out of the area I figured that a competent and professional Realtor could properly coordinate and communicate everything that needed to be done. For example, Christian had a flooring guy (1 man show) come over and give an estimate which I immediately approved — yet because the guy was just heading out on Thanksgiving vacation he attempted to put off the job till after Christmas until I pushed hard for him to have the job done. Even after he completed replacing the carpet, I am then informed that the linoleum in the bathroom needs to be replaced, BUT he is unable to complete the work for whatever reason (sounds like the flooring guy just didn’t want to do it)… so last minute it’s now MY problem as Christian has NO resource aside from someone his colleague came up with last minute, that wanted 2,000 for $700-1000 job, max (materials cost $175). Additionally, Christian had various “handyman list items” that needed to be done, but did not offer any handyman or resource to be able to complete them. Although he said he had a cleaning person and a yard guy, his poor communication made it very difficult for us to know what we were coordinating and complete the things that needed to be done. There were no prices shared on the yard or cleaning person, and Christian in the end demanded we pay him directly on Venmo, not allowing us to pay the service directly ($400 for a small yard cleanup). Christian did not even walk the property before the professional photos were scheduled, and no one told me that the oven glass door had broken, so the listing photos had a broken appliance — and even though apparently the house still needed additional cleaning, Christian then asked to list the property three days early to take advantage of the weekend buyers…. Still, apparently he had still not yet walked to the property to see that it was not ready for open house. Christian never even told us he was holding an open house. Even from simple touch points like calling the wife before emailing her to sign things, or actually returning a phone call day of when a client leaves you a message… simple things, you’d think… In the end, Christian thought it was a GOOD idea to argue, and continue to call me back 2 times after I told him WE ARE DONE, Continuing to blame me for the “bad experience.” Even though I had a GOOD phone call with whoever answers their main line, in the end, I was not even given the respect of a phone call from any professional from THG. Only an email offering to terminate the contract, which we gladly signed immediately. -- Update from Response -- There was ZERO profanity used, unttil your Agent persistently called me back -- AFTER I told him we were done working together. To then call the client back incessantly, is NOT proper conduct -- as I clearly told Christian that the MANY times he dropped the ball, I wanted to work with someone different on his team (as I had no choice being contracted to THG, but to offer another team member take over). Christian THEN called me back TWO TIMES within 1 minute, while he knew I stepped away from Family Time, continuing to harass me, and then YES I FIRED HIM WITH PROFANE LANGUAGE. His conduct was BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL. Your PR Reply is dishonest and inaccurate.”

“Christian K. is top notch, highly recommend!”

“I do not have enough positive things to say about Christian Koenig. From both buying my new house and selling my previous house it was a fantastic experience. I’ve known Christian for a couple of years now and as a person he is an amazing friend. He knew I was in an interesting situation being self employed and knew it might be a longer process. We took our time. Looked at multiple properties that would fit my needs. When the right when popped up I was out of state. Christian was over there the next day sending me videos & pictures. Even FaceTimed me when he was there. Negotiating the deal he was the best. Smooth process. When it came to selling my other house afterwards couldn’t have asked for a better realtor. Was to the point about pricing, what needed to be done / fixed, etc. I trusted him and we sold at asking price in 3 days. Great experience overall and I highly recommend Christian & the THG team.”
