Christian Koenig

“In North Philadelphia, born and raised, on the BMX track is where I spent most of my days.”

All jokes aside, Christian Koenig is originally from North Philly and was raised in an entrepreneurial, hardworking household. Joining the United States Air Force at 18 sent Christian to Texas for basic training and then to Langley Air Force Base in Hampton, VA. For six years, he crewed F-22 Raptors for the 27th Fighter Squadron, working with some of the most talented mechanics he had ever met. Being a part of that team and witnessing the process of bringing the first fifth-generation fighter jet to combat-ready status is something that he holds very close to his heart. Christian spent two of those six years as part of the USAF F-22 Demonstration Team, traveling the world and showcasing Air Superiority at air shows to millions of spectators. His respect and dedication to serve those who came before him in the military drove him to excel each and every day.

After leaving the Air Force in 2012, Christian spent the next seven years working for a defense contractor on the West Coast manufacturing explosives and assembling defense missiles. That turned into a position within the quality control department working as the lead inspector for three-dimensional scanning technology. Christian spent the next four years working side by side with research and development departments, implementing new scanning technology to stay ahead of competitors with increased quality control capabilities.

Christian was introduced to the amazing Idaho lifestyle in 2012. As an avid outdoorsman, he believes there is no better place to call home. Each season offers a unique way to enjoy the outdoors. Most importantly, his beautiful wife is the driving force in his life that keeps him grounded. They have two incredible children and spend their off hours keeping them entertained along with their German Shepherd, Ivy.

Christian made the transition to real estate in 2019 after relocating to Idaho. Having spent the last 13 years honing his attention to detail on aerospace equipment, he felt he could bring a unique perspective to the home buying and selling process. As a member of THG, Christian navigates each transaction with the same precision he has brought to previous careers and has curated a vast amount of knowledge on the various intricacies required to navigate these transactions successfully. For Christian, it's about advocating for his clients in every aspect of a transaction, whether before, during, or after a sale.
